Welcome to BrandHustle. By using our website (brandhustle.co.za) and purchasing our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
BrandHustle offers digital marketing services, including:
- Web Design & Development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Content Marketing
- Social Media Management
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
- Brand Strategy & Identity
- Hosting
Services are available as once-off purchases or subscriptions.
2. Payment & Billing
- All payments are processed securely via Yoco. We do not store payment details.
- Subscription services are billed monthly. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
- No work will begin until payment is received.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final.
- Subscription services may be canceled with 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property
- All website designs, strategies, and content remain the property of BrandHustle until full payment is made.
- Clients may not resell or distribute our work without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We strive for the best results, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., SEO rankings, ad performance).
- We are not responsible for business losses due to third-party tools (Google, Facebook, HubSpot, Yoco, etc.).
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
